Starting NaNo

I decided the best start to NaNo I could possibly get was a good night's sleep.

So... 7:19am, here I am. Staring at a blank page.

Here I go...

Edit: An hour and a bit later, and... 564 words! Yay! As Mozzie so helpfully pointed out, I'm over a hundredth of the way there. It's not so hard! [/optimism]

Yay Lily! *decides you totally need a good cheer to start you off* Just start off writing anything. I'm sure it will be good when you're done. Sometimes I start off new stories at the end of old ones, even if they're totally not related, because starting in a new word document is scary. I need to be able to scroll back a few pages. You know. Write and don't stop! Yay! (and don't get overly editorly until you've written your quota for the day, or whatever)

Yay, me! 564 words in a bit over an hour. At that rate, it'll take me about four hours per day to get to the end...

Hopefully I'll speed up once I get going. :)

And me? A punctuation expert? Only with your guides next to me, dear Amazing one, only with your guides. Apart from the comma one, of course. That's rubbish. :P
