I know all about the "obvious" fics. At times I walk into fandoms and it's like the only people writing fic have been watching a completely different show from me and skipping half the episodes...
45-47 is how much i've weighed for several years now, but then again i was anorexic : / (no idea how much i weigh now).
You can start making meals (ex. pancakes) before you start writing, then slowly cook them and eat them as they get cooked. If one pancake cooks every 10-20 minutes... Oh and you can keep lots of snack food in general, just stuff that's easy to separate (ex. boiled sweet potatoes, beans) so you have like, a snack that's a cupful of sweet potatoes to eat at a time.
when i'm nutrient deficient i also want to eat less. when i've been getting all my nutrients for a few days in a row, food tastes a lot better and i automatically pause for food when i'm hungry instead of putting it off. it's really weird.
